The Midnight Kitchen is owned and operated by Scott and Stephanie Pendell, a husband and wife team that fell in love over food. They have each been in the food service industry for over 13 years. And have experience in a wide variety of settings and cuisines, from organic focused wine bars, to French Bistros. Scott graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Stephanie from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
